Under Florida Statute 741.04, both applicants must be at least 18. Minors who are parents or expectant parents of a child may apply under oath in Indian River County. Marriage License Fees in Indian River County
A standard marriage license in Indian River County costs $86.00. This is the statewide fee set by Florida Statute 741.01. All 67 Florida counties charge the same amount. Part of the fee goes to the Domestic Violence Trust Fund and part to the State Courts Revenue Trust Fund.
Complete a four-hour premarital preparation course and the fee drops to $61.00. Under Florida Statute 741.0305, both people must complete the course for the discount to apply. Indian River County Marriage License Wait
